Choose a restaurant and open the policies from your basket to see its merchant details and current ordering terms.

Terms of ordering

Each order is from one restaurant, which prepares your food and receives your payment. Review table or pickup details, options and the final total before paying. Saving a basket does not place an order.

Refund information

Speak to venue staff about a missing, rejected or incorrect item. The venue will review cancellation and refund requests for the affected kitchen or item. A refund is confirmed only after the payment provider reports success.

Privacy notice

Guest ordering does not require an account. A secure browser cookie links you to your basket for up to 24 hours. Contact details are optional and kept out of the offline basket copy. A menu and basket copy may be saved in this browser for connection recovery. Payment details will be entered with the hosted payment provider, not on this server. The venue must publish its data controller, processors, retention periods and support contact before launch.
